Emilia D’Anzica

Educator, Keynote Speaker, Coach

I grew up in my family’s pizzeria in Naples, Italy and then in Kelowna, British Columbia, where I learned early that listening, empathy, and genuine customer service can turn everyday interactions into lasting relationships. Those lessons became the foundation of my 25+ year career leading customer success and growth initiatives at Silicon Valley-based companies like WalkMe (now SAP), Jobvite, and Copper.

Today, I bring that same passion for people and outcomes to my work as a keynote speaker, coach, and workshop leader. I specialize in customer experience workshops, customer journey mapping, and enabling B2B professionals to build the leadership skills that drive both personal success and revenue growth.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’ve helped shape the B2B SaaS landscape through go-to-market strategy, customer success leadership, and growth enablement. Along the way, I authored Pressing ON as a Tech Mom, became a proud advocate for women in tech, and delivered professional development programs and university lectures around the world. I also started from scratch two successful seven figure firms, GMA, a Customer Success Academy and Growth Molecules Advisory Firm which both sold nearly five years later to larger companies. Both thrive today making impact on B2B SaaS firms.

My work has been recognized with honors including the CX Hall of Fame and Thinkers360’s Top Global Thought Leaders list. But what matters most to me is impact, sparking clarity, resilience, and transformation in the teams and leaders I work with.

I am also a volunteer Board Member at a public high school and have been involved in public school advocacy for nearly 20 years. I am a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children who have been removed from their homes. I also sit on a Strategy Board for a Community club.

Today I am a advisor and coach to companies and professionals seeking to grow the triple bottom line: Company mission, people development, and revenue growth.
